Steps of Video Editing:
- plan- think about what you want to do and how you want to do it
- film project- the production phase, when you began filming
- import media- transporting the footage from the camera to the editing system
- organize media- what you'd like it to be called, and which shots you'd like to keep
- edit footage- incorporating shots into a film
- trim the footage- modifying the point at which two clips meet such that the transition from one shot to the next is as clean and invisible as possible
- add transitions- (cuts, dissolves, and wipes) each one produces a specific mood and serves a specific purpose.
- add titles- titles are there to provide information to your audience that they can't obtain any other way.
- add effects- effects take time to make look perfect. DONT ADD EFFECTS IF THE STORY ISN'T COMPLETE
- mix audio-when more than one sound is combined into one or more channel
- project "look"- as a final step before output, adjust color issues or enhance affective looks.
- save all of your media and export your project in case you ever need to re-edit it.

Clipchamp is an online video editor with multiple layers. It's aimed to assist users get started with video editing by integrating with cloud storage systems.
Clip champ is very easy to use with many templates to choose from. It meet almost every requirement needed. It is web-based, you can lay multiple tracks, you can pull audio off video track. The only thing you cant do is share it and work collaboratively on it unless you purchase premium. It also contains a question bot where you can ask questions and if its a question that the bot can answer and if it isn't an employee will answer you as soon as possible in real time. People should be able to start right into editing with Clipchamp because it has a low learning curve. if premium features are used then

Wevideo Evaluation
Wevideo is an online editor. It is not necessary to download the app in order to work, although it is available as an option. The editor is know for its simplicity. easy to sign up for either using your email address, Facebook or google account. Has and intuitive too ball where you can add text, have access to your own content library and add audio transitions. At the bottom of the screen you can edit and cut your video and audio as you want. As soon as you enter the editing platform you are asked what size you want to edit in and all your content will be ready to share in the right format.
At the end of creating our music video and after much evaluation of multiple editing software we decided to use we video since is more user-friendly and easier.
